In the Summer term Year 7 History students went to Cosmeston Village to live life like a peasant. There were 38 of us and it was amazing!

We were met by our guide who was dressed like a knight. He showed us around the village and told us what life was like during the middle ages. Whilst we explored we discovered the stocks. These were used to punish people - we put Zac in them for while! I then had a competition with Elana Hobbs to see who could make the best bread, I easily won this competition as Elana was too shy to shout loudly as we beat the dough.

We finished our adventure with a picnic by the side of the lake. A perfect end to a perfect day.
